Privacy first
Know what happens to your test email, who can access your report and how long your data stays with us.
What your test contains
When you send a message to your test address, we analyze its content, headers and delivery details, including the sending server’s IP address. We store the findings and a copy of the message source, HTML and plain text for your report and previews.
Use a test copy. Remove passwords, confidential attachments and personal information that the analysis does not need. We do not sell test messages.
Keep your report private
Guest reports require the complete report URL and an eligible viewing allowance. Account-owned reports require the owning account. Individual reports are marked noindex and are excluded from the sitemap.
Treat your report link as an access key. Authorized administrators can review technical results and delivery metadata for support and abuse investigations; original message bodies are excluded from the administrative report view.
Clear retention periods
Guest reports are available for 14 days after receipt. Account-owned history and database results remain until you delete the test or account.
Original message files have a separate retention period of approximately 30 days after successful synchronization. Queued messages may remain longer to prevent loss. A minimal record of each used test address is kept to prevent reuse.
Safer message previews
HTML previews are sanitized and isolated. Scripts, forms and active content are disabled. We do not open attachments or visit message links.
External images stay blocked until you explicitly choose to load them. Loading an image can tell its provider that the message was viewed. The EML / EMLX Viewer processes files in your browser without uploading their contents.
Service data and third-party requests
Standalone DNS tools send the domain, selector or IP you enter to our server and query Google Public DNS. Email reputation checks share the sending server’s public IP with DNS blocklist providers, without sending the message content or private report link.
We keep tool usage records containing the visitor IP, tool name and date for 30 days. These records do not include submitted domains, message contents, results or account identifiers. The local EML viewer sends a content-free usage notification.
We use Matomo analytics, hosted at mtm.static.bg, to measure visits and link interactions, including on account and report pages. Analytics may receive page URLs, including report links, browser information and connection metadata. Essential session cookies, analytics cookies and operational logs are described in our Privacy Policy.
